1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through stylebysandra.com, operated by Sandra Styles. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Sandra Styles reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. These variations do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in [EUR/GBP/USD] and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

In the event of an obvious pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is only formed when we send you an explicit order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing errors.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

In the event of a failed or disputed payment, Sandra Styles reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sandra Styles is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless an item is faulty.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Sandra Styles is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sandra Styles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items are returned in original packaging with all tags attached
You contact us at info@stylebysandra.com before returning

Non-returnable items:

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of original shipping from the refund amount.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylebysandra.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our returns policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@stylebysandra.com.

10. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Sandra Styles reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on stylebysandra.com - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Sandra Styles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra Styles shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers
Customs delays or charges
Any damage resulting from the use or inability to use our website

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

13. Force Majeure

Sandra Styles is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supplier failures, or government restrictions.

15. Governing Law
