Order Preparation
At Sandra Styles, each order is carefully prepared before shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your package is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Sandra Styles is not liable for delays caused by higher than usual order volumes.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are included in our product pricing, so what you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden delivery fees.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
It is the customer's responsibility to actively monitor their tracking information once it has been provided. Sandra Styles is not liable for missed deliveries or unattended packages.
Customs & Import Duties
Some orders are shipped from international suppliers. As a result, your order may be subject to Australian customs duties, import taxes, or GST upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Sandra Styles has no control over customs procedures, fees, or clearance times. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any applicable import costs.
Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. Sandra Styles is not liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We cannot guarantee address corrections once an order has been placed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, any issues regarding lost, delayed, or missing packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
Sandra Styles is not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible but cannot be held responsible for carrier-related issues.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sandra Styles considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages reported as missing after a confirmed delivery.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen global circumstances. Sandra Styles is not liable for such delays and they do not entitle the customer to a cancellation or compensation.
