Return Policy

1. Our Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. This is the minimum required by consumer law. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be sent back at your expense.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Sandra Styles reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if items are returned in a condition that suggests they have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final
  • Underwear and swimwear — for hygiene reasons
  • Pierced jewellery — for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@stylebysandra.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions — do not send items before receiving approval
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
  5. Share the tracking number with us once sent

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Always use a tracked service.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Sandra Styles is not liable for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund entirely
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider — this is outside our control

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item following the process above and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible processing time.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylebysandra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the fault or incorrect item

We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, incorrect washing, or mishandling by the customer.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 days of our confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank directly
